For us, invitations are not just about paper. They are a reflection of who you are, and they set the mood for the entire event. Consider choosing your stationer in the beginning of your event planning and bring beauty in branding your event throughout – from save-the-dates, to day-of paper items.

CUSTOM WEDDING STATIONERY PROCESS

Consultation

The more details you can provide us about yourselves and your event the better. If you have a Pinterest board of your wedding inspirations, this would be a great way to convey your style.

Our "Personality Questionnaire" is also a great start to your personal consultation. Have a little fun answering them together! After we have received enough information we will get you a custom quotation for you to review.

Quotation & Deposit

After reviewing our quote you can start the design process by submitting your 50% downpayment and signed contract.

The estimate will be based on quantities, materials used and what printing process we feel would best compliment your invitation style.

Design

Once the deposit is paid, please prepare your wording or send over any details we can use if you would prefer us to word your pieces for you. Feel free to send anything that may inspire the creative vision for your event. From here we'll begin designing options and communicating via email on a regular basis.

Within 3-5 weeks we'll present you with design options where we’ll outline colors, materials and which printing process we suggest to best compliment your invitation suite. We’ll work closely with you and will go through a few rounds of any changes you may have to ensure your invitations are perfect.

Final Approval

Finalize the order by approving the final PDF proofs that we email to you and sending your remaining balance paid in full. Then we are onto the printing and production phase!

Press Date & Shipping

When we have approval and invoice paid we’ll schedule your press date. If you are unable to meet to pick up your invitations shipping terms can be arranged.

For more detailed information, please see the Design Process page where you are able to fill out your stationery needs to help you organize what you may need to brand your custom wedding.
